1. What Axiona is
Axiona is a learning app for Nigerian JSS1–SS3 students preparing for WAEC, NECO, GCE and JAMB. A parent or guardian creates an account, adds one or more students, and pays a monthly subscription per activated student.
2. Accounts
A parent account is responsible for every student linked to it, including keeping login details reasonably secure and making sure a student’s use of the app is appropriate for their age. A student who shares a parent’s phone number for OTP purposes still has their own separate login and password.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Each student is billed separately at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time of activation. A student’s subscription can be cancelled at any time from the parent dashboard; cancelling one student does not affect any others on the same account. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already in progress.
4. Acceptable use
The app, its lesson content and the AI tutor are provided for personal study by the students named on an account. Reselling access, scraping content, or attempting to circumvent the activation or payment flow is not permitted.
5. Content accuracy
Lesson content is written to match the WAEC and NECO syllabuses as closely as we can, and the AI tutor is instructed to stay within a student’s class level and topic. Even so, no exam-preparation product can guarantee a particular result, and Axiona is a study aid rather than a substitute for classroom teaching.
6. Changes
We may update these terms or the pricing shown on the site from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current version.
